Aeronautical Industry Embraces Diversity and Empowerment

Dassault Aviation will host a ‘Handicap & Emploi’ day at the 2025 Paris Air Show to promote integration of disabled people in the industry. Accompanied by France Travail advisors, 50 job-seekers undergoing retraining will be welcomed at the show. Meetings on the Dassault Aviation stand will enable them to exchange views with the Diversity Manager and professionals. The association’s scheme could enhance its reputation as an employer of choice for disabled individuals.
