Dassault Aviation Promotes Gender Balance in Aerospace Industry

Dassault Aviation is hosting a Girls’ Day event at the Paris Air Show, welcoming 200 French girls and 30 female students from various educational institutions to learn about aeronautical companies and careers. The Aérométiers association is accompanying the students to promote gender diversity and encourage female talent in the aerospace industry. The event aims to challenge traditional stereotypes and pave the way for a more balanced industry. This initiative was first reported by Dassault Aviation.
