Swiss Company Sends IT Apprentices to Silicon Valley for Innovative Project
Pilatus, a Swiss company, sent 30 IT apprentices to Silicon Valley for a three-week project. The apprentices worked on a hardware device called SwitchBox, which uses SMS-based communication for remote control. They also visited Google headquarters, Stanford University, and other local landmarks. The project allowed them to gain practical experience and insights into international cooperation and technological innovation. This experience was made possible by Pilatus.
