Swiss Company Sends IT Apprentice to Silicon Valley for Innovative Project
Pilatus, a Swiss company, sent one of 30 IT apprentices to Silicon Valley for a three-week project. The apprentice worked on a hardware device called SwitchBox, which allows electronic appliances to be controlled remotely. The experience provided valuable insights and practical skills, which the apprentice hopes to apply to future projects at Pilatus. The project was led by various professionals from Google, Stanford, and Autodesk.
