Pilatus Wins Contract for French Air and Space Force Training System
The French Procurement Agency has selected the Pilatus PC-7 MKX as the new training system for the French Air and Space Force. The contract includes the delivery of 22 aircraft, which will be used for basic training starting in 2027. The training system will also include ground-based tools and simulators, provided in collaboration with French industry. Pilatus will supply the training equipment, including the Garmin G3000 PRIME avionics suite. The company has previously worked with the French Air and Space Force on the PC-21 training system, and this new contract may indicate a long-term partnership.
