Swiss Company Acquires RUAG Aerostructures for Increased Production Capacity

Pilatus will take over RUAG Aerostructures Schweiz AG’s workforce and machinery from the second quarter of 2024. This acquisition stands in line with the Swiss government’s strategic goals for RUAG International. Pilatus aims to increase its production capacity and add new competencies, while also expanding its presence in Central Switzerland. The takeover is expected to create new job opportunities and reinforce the partnership between Pilatus and RUAG.
