Pilatus to Expand Southeast US Presence with Acquisition of Epps Aviation's MRO Operations

Pilatus has acquired Epps Aviation’s maintenance and repair operations, expanding its presence in the southeastern US. The deal will see Pilatus take over sales and service responsibilities for Pilatus aircraft, while Epps will continue to operate its sales and maintenance services for non-Pilatus aircraft. The workforce of around 40 employees will join Pilatus, ensuring comprehensive product support for Pilatus aircraft. The acquisition was announced by Pilatus CEO Markus Bucher, who emphasized the importance of maintaining continuity and quality of services in the region.
