Pilatus has unveiled the PC-7 MKX, a modernised version of the iconic PC-7 MkII trainer aircraft. The new aircraft features improved avionics, a modernised design, and a Ground Based Training System with advanced technologies such as Artificial Reality, Virtual Reality, and Mixed Reality. The PC-7 MKX is designed to provide effective basic training for young military pilots, with a focus on developing essential skills such as stick and rudder handling. According to Pilatus, the aircraft has already undergone successful testing and has received positive feedback from flight instructors in the UAE, as reported by Pilatus.
