Firefly Aerospace and Exolaunch GmbH have announced a Launch Services Agreement to integrate and launch multi-satellite clusters aboard Firefly’s Alpha launch vehicle beginning in 2022. The partnership aims to accelerate the frequency of Alpha flights through collaborative efforts, leveraging Exolaunch’s payload integration expertise and flight-proven launch hardware. According to Business Wire, discussions with government and commercial missions are already underway, as Exolaunch brings dedicated and rideshare missions to upcoming launches aboard the Alpha rocket.
