Aerospace Companies Partner for Reliable Space Access Amid Growing Demand

Firefly Aerospace and Spaceflight Inc. have signed a Launch Services Agreement to meet growing demand for reliable space access. Firefly will secure the majority of payload mass aboard an upcoming Alpha launch, while Spaceflight will manage, integrate, and deploy multiple payloads on the flight. According to Firefly CEO Dr. Tom Markusic, the Alpha launch vehicle will fill a major market gap with its capability to deliver 1 metric ton to LEO and 630 kilograms to SSO. Spaceflight has launched a record-setting 271 satellites via 29 rideshare missions, establishing itself as the leading rideshare service provider. Firefly teams are integrating new composite technologies into their manufacturing capabilities to boost production of launch vehicles.
