Global Competition Supports STEM Education With Alpha Launch
Firefly Aerospace has announced the selection of 26 payloads for its Dedicated Research and Education Accelerator Mission (DREAM) on the inaugural flight of the Firefly Alpha launch vehicle. The payloads, representing 7 countries, include a mix of nontechnical and technical projects, such as children’s artwork, messages from pediatric hospitals, and satellites from prominent universities and nonprofits. Firefly plans to share the stories of these payloads on its social media channels, highlighting its commitment to promoting STEM education and making space accessible to everyone.
