Pilatus Unveils Latest-Generation Custom Medevac Interior for Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia

Pilatus joined forces with Aerolite AG to design and build a PC-24 medevac interior for the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. The RFDS currently operates 35 PC-12s, providing round-the-clock healthcare across Australia. The new interior features a larger cabin, enhanced performance, and advanced medical equipment. Production was completed in summer 2018, with the aircraft being flown without interior before final installation. EASA approval was obtained in May 2017, allowing for successful verification flights in Switzerland.
