Pilatus Partners with Aerolite AG to Enhance Medical Evacuation Capabilities

Pilatus partnered with Aerolite AG to design and install a custom medevac interior for the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia’s PC-24 aircraft. The interior features a larger cabin and enhanced performance, allowing for up to three stretchers and improved patient care. The RFDS plans to use the PC-24 for additional medevac missions, following a successful training program in December 2018. The project was approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and marks a significant expansion of the RFDS’s fleet.
