Mission Aviation Fellowship, a non-profit organisation founded in 1945, operates aircraft in remote areas to provide transport for development cooperation, disaster relief, medical transport and rescue missions. With its PC-12 aircraft, MAF has been flying into the Congo since 2014, making frequent trips from Kenya to South Sudan. The organisation’s efforts have brought help and hope to isolated communities, including a notable mission in 2017 where it transported Siamese twins to Kinshasa for medical care.
