Swiss Aviation Giant Expands Competence Centre for Airframe Development

Pilatus has started construction on a new Structure Assembly Hall at its headquarters in Switzerland. Located near the Pilatus headquarters, the hall will be ready for use by mid-2019. The facility will focus on PC-24 structure assembly work and features an automated riveting machine to reduce manual labor and costs. Involving 200 employees, the new hall is expected to enhance Pilatus’ competitiveness in airframe development.
