Civilian Aerobatics Team Promoting Pilatus Aircraft

Pilatus P-3 Flyers are a civilian aerobatics team founded in 2002, based in Ambri, Switzerland. They fly demonstrations on the Pilatus P-3 throughout Europe, with each aircraft being the personal property of one or two members. The team’s history began in the late 1990s, and they have undergone training in formation flying with military pilots. Breaking Defense reports that the team uses five P-3s since 2006, with a yearly brush-up course imposed by the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA).
