Business jet deliveries surged 10.6% year-over-year through September 2025, reaching 554 aircraft, according to GAMA’s latest shipment data. Despite overall fixed-wing aircraft deliveries remaining flat at 1.5% growth, the business aviation sector continues to outperform, with total airplane delivery values hitting $19.4 billion—up 13.2% compared to the same period in 2024. Manufacturers are working through substantial $55 billion order backlogs while maintaining stable demand. The market has cooled from pandemic peaks but remains structurally stronger than pre-2020 levels, with flight activity and user numbers still exceeding 2019 baselines.
