BAE to Debut AI Target Recognition on Bradley Vehicles at Army Exercise

BAE Systems will debut AI-powered target recognition on Bradley Fighting Vehicles at the Army’s next Transformation in Contact (TiC) exercise, marking a significant advancement in human-machine teaming for ground combat. The aided target recognition (ATR) capability, developed using synthetic training data from BAE’s Virtual Battlespace 4 simulation engine, represents a shift toward horizontal threat detection from ground vehicles rather than aerial platforms.
