Mitsubishi Aircraft has updated its plans for a tender offer to acquire Mitsubishi Logisnext Co., Ltd. due to delays in completing necessary procedures based on competition laws in certain countries. According to a press release by LVJ Holdings 2 LLC, the commencement period of the tender offer was revised from December 2025 to January 2026, Breaking Defense reports.
