Dassault Aviation has secured support from the French Ministry of the Armed Forces to develop its VORTEX spaceplane demonstrator. The agreement aims to validate critical performances associated with the configuration of a spaceplane, including hypersonic flight and advanced thermal protection technologies.

Dassault Aviation has unveiled its reusable Vortex spaceplane at the Paris Space Hub, part of the SIAE pavilion dedicated to space activities. This maneuverable vehicle can be configured for various missions, and its display marks Dassault's entry into the space sector.
