Firefly Aerospace announced the strategic acquisition of Spaceflight Inc. to bolster its on-orbit services and expand its capabilities in space transportation. The acquisition complements Firefly's full-service launch, on-orbit, and lunar lander business, with terms not disclosed.

Firefly Aerospace and Spaceflight Inc. have signed a Launch Services Agreement to meet growing demand for reliable space access. Firefly will secure the majority of payload mass aboard an upcoming Alpha launch, while Spaceflight will manage, integrate, and deploy multiple payloads on the flight.
