After completing the installation across its Boeing 777 fleet in July 2025, Qatar Airways swiftly upgraded its Airbus A350s. The airline completed the entire A350 upgrade in December 2025 within an 'record-breaking' eight months.

American Airlines has launched a free high-speed Wi-Fi service across its fleet, sponsored by AT&T with Viasat and Intelsat providing satellite connectivity. The rollout will start on narrowbody aircraft, with long-haul flights to follow.
