Andrew Herzfeld, a model aircraft builder, has created a miniature replica of the Pilatus PC-24 ambulance jet. The project took three-and-a-half years to complete and was supported by the RFDS Western Australia.
Pilatus has selected Daniel Hirscher, a model aircraft painter, to create unique color schemes for its PC-21 trainer. Hirscher, who is self-employed and runs his own paint company, uses airbrush techniques to bring his designs to life.
