IndiGo Recruits FAA Expert to Investigate Operational Meltdown
IndiGo has hired Captain John Illson, a former senior advisor to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to conduct an independent review of its recent operational meltdown. The airline aims to understand the reasons behind flight cancellations and staff shortages, which have been attributed to new regulations and critical staffing issues.
