737 MAX 10

The Federal Aviation Administration has cleared Boeing's 737 MAX 10 to begin the second phase of flight testing as part of its Type Inspection Authorization (TIA) process. The move expands the scope of testing to include avionics, propulsion systems, and other critical systems.

Alaska Airlines has placed a record order with Boeing for 105 additional 737 MAX 10 aircraft, bringing its total order book for this model to 174 units. The airline also ordered five B787 widebody airliners for an undisclosed amount.
