Airbus has achieved world-first certification of its Automatic Air-to-Air Refueling (A3R) system on the A330 MRTT, in collaboration with the Republic of Singapore Air Force and the Defense Science and Technology Agency. The certification was granted by the Spanish National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), following a qualification and flight-test campaign conducted with the RSAF and DSTA.
Singapore's Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and Airbus Helicopters have completed a successful HTeaming flight campaign that began in June 2025. The trial demonstrated the potential for crewed-uncrewed teaming using a H225M helicopter and Flexrotor UAS, which proved to be a gamechanger for modern tactical operations.
