NATO Shake-up Sees US Ousted from Warfighting-Level Commands
NATO announced a command restructuring plan that will see the US cede leadership of two warfighting-level commands to European senior officers. The US will hand over charge of Joint Force Command Norfolk to the UK, while Italy takes over Naples.
